  From Bangkok, take Highway No. 35 (Rama II Road or Thon Buri - Pak ThoRoad) through Samut Sakhon province and Pak Tho district, Samut Songkhram province. Then turn left to Highway No. 4 (Petchkasem Road) through Petchburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan province to Chumphon province. Then take Highway No. 41 through Lang Suan District and Chaiya District until arrive to Surat Thani Province. The total distance is about 685 kilometers.

  Public Transportation
  There are air-conditioned buses of The Transport Company Limited and Private company service: Bangkok - Surat Thani, Bangkok - Koh Samui and Bangkok - Koh Phangan, depart from Bangkok Bus Terminal (Borommaratchachonnani Road) several times a day. It takes about 10-12 hours to travel.
